Welcome to Ventty. By accessing and using our website Ventty.us, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

 

 

2. Who Can Use Our Website

 

Our website is available for anyone to use. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

 

 

3. Services Offered

 

We provide cleaning services, including reservations for scheduled cleanings and upcoming on-demand cleaning services. Availability of services may vary.

 

 

4. Payments & Refunds

 

  • We accept credit cards and PayPal as payment methods.

  • Payments must be made at the time of booking.

  • Refund Policy: Since cleaning services are time-based and labor-intensive, refunds are generally not providedonce a service is completed. However, if there is an issue with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will assess the situation.

5. Membership Terms

 

 

Ventty offers three premium membership plans: Essentials, Prestige, and First Class. Each plan includes one (1) premium car detail per month with specific benefits depending on the tier selected.

 

By enrolling in a Ventty membership, clients agree to the following:

 

  • Monthly Billing: All memberships are billed at the end of each month, regardless of whether the included service is scheduled or used.

  • Reserved Access: The membership fee secures your reserved slot and priority access for the month. Unused services do not roll over and are not refundable.

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (the same month you cancel). Once charged, the monthly payment is final.

  • Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to schedule their monthly service in advance. Early booking is encouraged to ensure preferred time slots.

  • Service Tiers: Each membership tier (Essentials, Prestige, First Class) offers different service benefits. Full details are available on the Ventty website and may be updated occasionally. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the specific benefits and pricing of your selected tier.

6. User Accounts

 

  • Users may create an account for easier booking and tracking of services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  • We do not currently suspend or terminate accounts unless fraudulent activity is detected.

 

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, belongs to Ventty. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without our written permission.

 

 

8. Service Changes & Modifications

 

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Prices and availability may change, and we will strive to notify users of major updates.

 

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which your business is registered. Any legal disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that state.
