At Ventty, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.

 

 

1. Service-Based Policy

 

Our cleaning services are non-refundable once they have been completed. Since we provide time-based labor services, refunds are not offered for work already performed.

 

 

2. Cancellation Policy

 

  • You may cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

  • In case of no-shows or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time, the full-service fee will be charged.

 

 

 

3. Dissatisfaction with Service

 

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning:

 

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of the service.

  • We will work with you to assess the issue and may offer a free touch-up or partial credit toward a future service, depending on the situation.
